Salon Policy
I would like to give every available minute possible to any treatment I provide to do so I ask that all clients please read prior to booking in.
Please arrive to your appointment on time, if you arrive early please be aware there could be a wait until your appointment time. If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and deposit will not be refunded/transferred.
To secure an appointment a non refundable deposit is required per person of £10 for any treatment £20 and over. The deposit amount will be deducted off the final price of your treatment on the day.
No appointments is secure until I have received the deposit as all appointments are on a first come first serve basis. Once I have received your deposit your booking will be confirmed for the selected date and time only. Appointments can be rescheduled if at least 24hrs notice is given.
For any eye treatments such as Semi Permanent Lash Extensions, Brow Tinting, Henna Brows and Brow Lamination a patch test is recommended 48 - 72 hours prior to treatment. However if you are happy to go ahead without a patch test then you will be required to sign a disclaimer form stating you decided not to have a patch test at your own risk and you are happy to go ahead with the treatment without one. Eyelash Tinting and Lash lift will require a patch test 72 hours prior to treatment and can not go ahead without one nor can a disclaimer cover these treatments.
If you have a reaction to your patch test you will need to let m know as soon as possible. Make sure you wash the area with cold water straight away
